I love this bank! WAMU excels at Customer Service! I have never had an unpleasant expereince. they have refunded over-draft charges when I can show that I thought I had enough money in my account. They also do Cashier's checks for free.
Wonderful Bank! Sometimes the wait is a little bit long here, but everyone is really nice and very happy to help. I've always enjoyed banking with Washington Mutual, but when you go to a branch and they are so happy to help, it makes banking even better!
My Favorite Bank! Washington Mutual is the best of the Corporate banks. They have excellent customer service, free bill-pay and loads of other features. If you haven't used Bill-pay, try it. It's great!
