Worst bank I have ever dealt with! Ive been trying to file fraud claims dating back to 2021 due to identity theft. I will be looking to sue since your fraud claims dept. refuses to their job and look any further back than 2 years. The only way to make me go away is IF someone from Global Security Teams calls me to go over this issue. I refuse to talk to any other "team member" "fraud dept." "claims dept." that does not take these crimes seriously.
I had switched to Chase Banking 2-3 years back. I am using this branch for all in person banking requirements. I was always welcomed at this branch. Everyone is very friendly and helping! Continue providing best customer services!
