Milan and Chase Bank of Novi is an outstanding place to visit. I walked in today to open a checking account. Because I have never visited this store before I didn’t know where to go or who to talk to. Within seconds I was waved over by Milan and taken care of. We chatted about what I was looking for, what Chase could do for me, and what it would take to get it done. In under 30 minutes I had everything I needed and all that I needed to know. RACIST ISSUE. Clerk sat coins on corner instead of handed me the coins acting like she was scared to touch me by doing so, caused me to slide the coins on to my hand and dropping coins on the floor when it could of all been avoided by her handing me the coins by hand. Friendly, considerate and practical customer service. This branch really sets the bar vs other branches I have visited. The vibe comes off more credit union than big bank
We had a great experience opening high school checking account, thanks to Milan. He not only guided us through setting up the account, but also helped us install and set up the Chase app and Apple Pay with our new card. We really appreciate his support!
