I had a very bad experience at this location. I went to update the last name on the account for myself and my wife, but the staff member who was supposed to help lacked the necessary knowledge. He was very confusing. Without checking the list of required documents, he misled us during the conversation. Although I had all the necessary documents for the name change, I couldn't complete the process because the staff lacked the proper knowledge, and I had to go back. Staff at this location is very negative when I went there to open new account so many requirements then refused. I went 12 Mile Road location and opened account without hesitation. Also went to deposit a check another day same story repeated!! Never visit this location ever again.
Banker Josh S. has been superb: clear, very knowledgeable, thorough, and helpful. For clear answers to your questions, request his assistance. He's a great resource and a relief to have available for your detailed banking questions! I've tried to get similar services at other banks, and I don't trust them as I do Josh.
