I had a very bad experience at this location. I went to update the last name on the account for myself and my wife, but the staff member who was supposed to help lacked the necessary knowledge. He was very confusing. Without checking the list of required documents, he misled us during the conversation. Although I had all the necessary documents for the name change, I couldn't complete the process because the staff lacked the proper knowledge, and I had to go back.
