Where can I file a complaint or atleast have something put on record regarding Chase Bank and their "promo". I'm really upset about the Chase Bank on Adams and Magnolia.They lied about the opening an account and get a $300 bonus. THEIR employee made an error (and he took full responsibility) which delayed my direct deposit (from SSI for my kid's disability direct deposit) which according to them, wasn't done in time so I wasn't getting it anymore. Always crowed Washington Mutual Bank is my preferred bank because they got branches everywhere. This certain branches are always crowed. However, they make it up by having a full staffs. Parking is a hassle because the street is four directions going in and out. If you drop by this bank make sure to park far from the bank because there are plenty parking.
Line can get long If you go in the morning and especially in the late afternoon the line gets long. They need more tellers at those times. The staff is pretty nice for the most part.
