Where can I file a complaint or atleast have something put on record regarding Chase Bank and their "promo". I'm really upset about the Chase Bank on Adams and Magnolia.They lied about the opening an account and get a $300 bonus. THEIR employee made an error (and he took full responsibility) which delayed my direct deposit (from SSI for my kid's disability direct deposit) which according to them, wasn't done in time so I wasn't getting it anymore.
