Bad reviews for a reason. Have fun trying to understand them on the phone.
Received great help from Ms. Carolina but also a terrible experience from an African American woman that called me ignorant because I declined her offer of help. Then after I was targeted by the rest of the African American employees to not receive help because of that woman being upset. It’s all on camera at this location. I would advise anyone to only deal with Ms. Carolina if you have important business to handle at this location.
Can’t fit a truck through the drive thru and their atm’s can’t even process transactions half the time
