Dee-Ann , was great and super helpful. She took the time To explain everything regarding my card issues. Super helpful and would highly recommend this branch and Dee-Ann.
Horrible, horrible customer service. The person there to assist was on her phone and not looking up to assist. When I asked for help it was clear I ANNOYED her. When I asked questions, she just IGNORED me. Wow. Maybe AI will be better 🥲
The worst customer service I have ever seen at any Bank dealt with a guy named George would not give his last name and Milvia Moreno
I have been to this location twice and turned away both times. I stopped in once requesting notary service and was told they only perform that service for members. So I go back another day hoping to open an account and was again turned away with the excuse that I didn't have the paperwork they said was necessary, although I checked with other banking institutions that did not require the extra documents. Not helpful at all, and there are too many other choices and options for banking to waste anymore of my time here.
