I find Chase very convient. There are many branches in the areas I live and work. There online banking platform is clear and works well.
DO NOT go to this location. I had a 11:00 appointment and they didn’t even acknowledge me for over 20 minutes after I arrived. After 40 minutes of sitting there the guy takes a walk in client and tells me it’s gonna be another 20-30 minutes. What’s the point of making an appointment? Manager is useless and ignorant too. STAY AWAY!!!!
