Great experience always friendly and helpful love this branch.
The branch manager in the northwest plaza seems unnaturally friendly.
The bank is manager lied to me . I had over 2000 dollars in unauthorized transactions.the online account sent my debit card two times sent it to the wrong address, they need to be held accountable for their service.
Walked in the Bank never got greeted. Im a private client and stood in the waiting area for 20 minutes no one came over to me. This is very Sad that everyone in this bank was clueless. I saw this man in a office looking like playing on his computer. CHASE should look at this branch looks like many bad reviews losing customers that could be a new customer
