Went to the bank today to enquire about an email I got. Wasn't sure if it was from the bank or a scam. I told the teller I wanted to see a manager. He took my name and ask me to take a set. Within 5 minutes a manager came and took me to her desk. Within 10 minutes she review my account and said everything looked good and she didn't see any problems. She asked if there was anything else she could do.I said no and thank her. In and out in about 20 minutes. They were great.
Drive thru ATM never work and cant go inside either. Cause thats broken as well. And this has been happening for a long time now. Very unprofessional
Tried calling two branches all to hear recording I need an appointment to ask a question on the phone??!! Drive to two separate locations to find there is no notary and no attempt made to help their client find one. Shame on your customer service chase
ATM claim not in service have to drive to other locations. ATM withdrawal limit is different from other location. Frustrating
