I personally bank with chase but in Fresno I started working in madera and my current employer does their business as well with chase. I go to do a deposit and it’s been twice that the staff is so rude and very uptight and unprofessional I asked to speak to a supervisor and the cashier Eva disregarded my request and gave me a disrespectful look. Very upset on how she handles the situation please do better.

Terrible branch...drive thru ATM is ALWAYS down. And now because of all the homeless in the area they dont open the lobby ATM only the one outside. I used to love Chase there was two branches and all AMPMs had Chase ATMs...now we only have this branch and its always packed with one ATM..terrible branch! Switching banks soon!
Asian bank teller in the front was very rude and made the experience here at this chase location awful. I’d recommend a new teller that had some knowledge in customer service :)
