Terrible branch...drive thru ATM is ALWAYS down. And now because of all the homeless in the area they dont open the lobby ATM only the one outside. I used to love Chase there was two branches and all AMPMs had Chase ATMs...now we only have this branch and its always packed with one ATM..terrible branch! Switching banks soon!
Asian bank teller in the front was very rude and made the experience here at this chase location awful. I’d recommend a new teller that had some knowledge in customer service :)
Chase Bank appointment system needs to be looked at and make the necessary adjustments. I am not going to get into any specifics but strongly advise management to take a closer look at the wait time for customers to get help. A customer walk-in or by appointment. There are always opportunities for improvement.
