Chase bank in general . Cant help with simple stuff in branch location. They just pawn you off to their India call centers who end up not helping either after long winded automated prompts . Id suggest banking elsewhere. Been a customer here for a long time ...my bad . Will finally be looking at other options. It will be a hassle with all the online bill stuff now and I guess thats why i been putting it off but im motivated and willing now to deal with it.
