Worst service. Unhelpful I have accounts with multiple banks in Madera and would recommend any other bank besides Chase. Multiple issues every month as well as constant card theft.
There were no lines when I walked in, and i was helped quickly. It was a Saturday, maybe that's why there were no lines. The tellers were very helpful to the customers who were in the bank.
This is the worst CHASE ever! The drive thru ATM is always broken. They close at 5 during the week so there is only one outside and the other is locked inside!!! Line so long in the 103 degree heat. I hope the right person sees this complaint
