I really enjoyed my stay at the bank yesterday! Once we walked into the bank, there was ladies in the front greeting us. The bank teller (I forgot her name) was really nice and helpful! Elisea Sanchez was very nice and very helpful. She helped me set up my new bank account, and made us feel so welcomed. WOW, what can I say that's enough for these folks?!? RACHEL knocked it out of the park with her customer service skills! She helped me with a very bizarre situation that involved my account being frozen. Patient, endearing and communicative - amazing qualities at her disposal! I cannot thank you enough for your service and advocacy, Rachel - you really helped me and my family out!!!! ALSO, big shout out to the other personnel on site who maintained the line while I ate up space. You guys rock!
