My wife and I met with Ms. Elisea Sanchez and she took care of all our banking needs and requests. Then I asked her about Venmo as we were having trouble understanding the app.. Not only did she educate us concerning the app but went step by step explaining how it worked. She was professional and personable and we greatly appreciated her willingness to help Us with an issue not related to her bank.
Had to stop by Chase today and Abraham helped us out and he was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Abraham for the great customer service!
