Feels like 90% of the time their ATM is not working. Drive through teller was less than friendly or efficient. If you want to get anything done you have to go inside at this location.

Should train employees better and correctly. No reason every teller doesn’t know all the rules??? Like what?
I had an issue with an international wire transfer and was fortunate to be helped by Anthony Vetter at the Chase Bank in Germantown. His professionalism, attention to detail, and follow-through were excellent. He took the time to understand the issue and make sure everything was resolved smoothly from a Corporate compliance standpoint. It’s rare to find that level of service these days—thank you, Anthony!
Staff was really helpful even though I had to stop in really close to closing time.
