I had an issue with an international wire transfer and was fortunate to be helped by Anthony Vetter at the Chase Bank in Germantown. His professionalism, attention to detail, and follow-through were excellent. He took the time to understand the issue and make sure everything was resolved smoothly from a Corporate compliance standpoint. It’s rare to find that level of service these days—thank you, Anthony!

When you phone this number to ask them a simple question you get a hotline and when you ask to be connected to that location they said that they COULD but they can't guarantee that I will talk to a person even then.
