Called with some questions about my account and Kris was very helpful with explaining things and walking me through it step by step tyy!!
My account was fraudulently used and they gave me the money then took it back. I went into this branch and they told me they wouldn't be able to get to me. Horrible bank and service. Be careful
I work in quality control and compliance and I know for a fact that their policy is that they can cash a check if your last name has changed due to marriage if you sign both last names on check. They refused to cash the check. What a nuisance and rude. What bad customer service 😑. I was having a horrible day and I told the teller this as well. You would think they would accommodate.
