I came here because I needed to open an account at this bank. I was told to wait for half an hour, after which my account would be opened. I waited for that entire half-hour; however, afterwards, they told me to come back tomorrow, as they were fully booked for the day. Had they informed me of this earlier, I wouldn't have wasted my time sitting here. I was not at all pleased with the behavior of the staff here. So, if you are planning to visit, I advise you to think it over carefully.
My man, Abraham, really held true to why I trust chase so much. Helping customers achieve their goals. After a lengthy and difficult process losing a loved one already is, they were able to close off the last steps of probate needed, and now that it's done I feel like I can finally grieve.
