This branch was very helpful in opening new accounts after our move to Bakersfield.
Extremely satisfied with the help Aubrey gave me. Was having trouble with online banking and was told to come inside a branch to fix it. Was directed to her by the front desk for some quick help. She was so kind to squeeze me in during some downtime she had between appointments. The problem ended being a little longer to solve than anticipated but she was so nice to talk to and made sure my issue was resolved. Thank you Aubrey :)
I came in because i heard really well things about this bank. I came to the location on gosford and 2 times they told me they were to busy and that they only do appointments now, I'm very disappointed. It's very sad because not only did I waste my time once but 2 times and they advertise they have multiple in person locations for walk ins and both times I came they said they only had one banker. Do not come here , you'll just waste your time !
Fast and easy
Came to open a checking account and had the pleasure of talking to Michelle Costa, she was super friendly and very helpful. If I ever attend this Chase branch again I'd sure hope it'd be Michelle that I get to talk to again.
