My man, Abraham, really held true to why I trust chase so much. Helping customers achieve their goals. After a lengthy and difficult process losing a loved one already is, they were able to close off the last steps of probate needed, and now that it's done I feel like I can finally grieve. Professional, and Considerate, Thanks again.
The bank is clean and the staff are always happy to assist the customers. They attempt to answer all questions and get you in out of the bank as quick as possible.
This branch was very helpful in opening new accounts after our move to Bakersfield.
Extremely satisfied with the help Aubrey gave me. Was having trouble with online banking and was told to come inside a branch to fix it. Was directed to her by the front desk for some quick help. She was so kind to squeeze me in during some downtime she had between appointments. The problem ended being a little longer to solve than anticipated but she was so nice to talk to and made sure my issue was resolved. Thank you Aubrey :)
