casting my vote as the most unfriendly Chase Bank in the world. teller didn't like me so she started making me have to enter codes from texts to my phone. been there 100 times. she was horribly rude! insulting type rude! and I have commercial accounts. and they have this fake polite thing just makes you mad enough to post a review!
If I could give this place negative stars I would give it -100 this place is bad for business owners and I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. I came to get a money order. They told me I needed two forms of ID. I didn’t have any. I asked the cashier. What could I use? He told me any credit card with your name on it. I went all the way back to my house in Lamont came back brought five credit cards in my name after they’re asking me for another form of ID and could not accept them. They have no idea what they’re doing. I would have saved so much time just going to another location.
