I had cain , looking for a cleaner and was looking up and down the shelf , and the product wasn't available. This rating isn't about not having a product , but how as a customer I was treated. One of the reps had helped a women customer out as I was still looking for product and didn't bother to see if I needed help. She had walked, cast me and started to ask the gentleman at the counter as I was about to ask for help myself. She engaged me and asked me at that point.
