Iam really upset I came to do some changes to my account and have my dL DAMAGE and the broker came to tell me they can. Not accept damage DL is not expired is my real id I ha e use my DL. All the time how it is never had issues my other banks that I have they will take it. And accept my DL
I understand training is part of the process, but scheduling appointments that cannot be completed is a waste of the customer’s time.
