On 8/19/2025 I deposited a check and asked for a roll of quarters, I've taken rolls of quarters to the bank. I looked at immediately and said are you sure that's the correct amount of quarters, she said yes. I should have checked it then cause when I got home I was short 75 cents. My own fault, should've checked which I was there.
chase bank is the worst bank i have ever been apart of. their phone numbers take you to an operating bot that runs you in circles just so the people in the office don’t have to do the jobs they were hired for. they also do not notify you that your account becomes over drawn and will then charge you for insufficient funds essentially robbing you! DONT BANK WITH THEM

They only turn on the ATM during business hours. That is so freaking annoying. SO MANY TIMES I have had to drive miles out of my way to use a Chase ATM because this bank turns it off. Just now, I was about to use it but I stepped aside so the lady behind me could go first while I counted my money. Then when she finished, the ATM shut down because it was 6:01pm.
