Attempted to call 6 times to see if I had left a piece of my personal property there from a previous transaction before driving back out there for no reason. The phone was not picked up a single time.
2nd chase atm in a row that isnt working. For real. Get it together
With over 10 people waiting inside there was only one teller taking care of everyone. I saw at least 3 other workers just walking on by with no regard for the rest of us customers. I should have gone to the downtown branch but unfortunately I had to be in this area for other business. Never again, I'll wait to go downtown instead, they treat me with more respect as well.
DO NOT BANK WITH CHASE!!!! They will not help you even if you have been with them for years! They do not reason with you and just leave you high and dry!
