Just left there this Saturday morning. Older lady in line did not hear me say ma'am you are next twice. While the car person said I can help you. I just figured she did not want to go back. I took a couple steps to the open person. Teller yells out she is next in line. Rude as hell. Walked back to line and the gentleman behind me says wow referring to the teller's actions. Very disappointed in her actions. Sorry you were having a bad morning. Pull the tape and see for yourself. Would have sent her home immediately.
I have nothing but the best experiences when I go to Chase! Everyone is so friendly and helpful- always make my day!!
I was scheduled for an appointment twice and they are not at all responding. They make me wait for 40 minutes and asked to wait for another 40 minutes.
Had a horrible experience Saturday morning got threatened to have the caller cops on me just because I didn’t understand why my employees couldn’t cash there money orders. Will not recommend very unprofessional. Just straight rude if you’re having a bad day don’t take it out on your customers. Will not be returning to this bank. Probably will be changing banks after this.
Not a helpful bank.
