Not a helpful bank.
Worse Chase location. No one in this branch knows anything. Told that a deceased person‘s debit card would still be able to work. Got shut off once they were deceased in the system for the death certificate three different times after it was already sent just so they didn’t want to look through their records to find it.
Aggressive and unpleasant manager— came to ask for help w closing a credit card and she was patronizing and strangely confrontational. Who hurt you?
I came in to wire money internationally on January 25th and 3 different staff members didn't know how to do it. They need to get proper training. I was about to get help at the Southport location just to let everyone know personally I won't go back to this place & don't recommend to anyone. Got helped at Chase Bank located 8910 US 31 S Indianapolis within few minutes. They're professionally, helpful & courteous.
This place should have a separate line specifically for international money order stuff. Literally anytime I actually need to come in I'm waiting forever over that reason. Says you can withdraw up to 3000 a day at an atm but when I try to take 2000 it won't let me...terrible.
