Bank and teller service is A1 FANTASTIC! The ATM.. another story! Grrr.. SO SLOW! The slowest processor Ihace EVER encountered! Trouble is, it's the busiest, due to other Chase ATM machines closing when the bank closes. ALWAYS a line! Either increase its efficiency or add additional machines.
Amazing, knowledgeable, & compassionate staff and make me feel welcome. And they gave great recommendations for when I asked for lunch options in the area. <3
