THE EMPLOYEES AT THIS BRANCH NEED TO GET JOBS THAT THEY LIKE. The absolute worst customer service of any bank, that you could ever deal with. They never answer their branch phone. It goes to VM, and they never return your call. If you have any names of any of the employees to call them, it goes to VM and they'll either never return your call, or they'll call you back up to one week later. I’ve been a loyal Chase client for over 10 years. The bank is fully aware of my account history, my LLCs, and the substantial funds that regularly flow through my accounts. Ten days ago, I deposited a $200,000 check from my attorney, drawn on his trust account. Chase cashed the check, yet placed a 14-day hold on the funds. Worst customer service I have ever seen. I'm trying to transfer from one IRA to another bank. Asked for management. She never showed up. Finally, Isabella helped. She was the only person who stepped up. 5 stare for her. If you need a banker, please go to her. No other person. And Shame on the female manger who went to hide when I asked ...SHAME ON YOU. Highly recommend other banks like logics for US Bank. Stay away from Chase if your looking for a new bank.

They don't want to answer the phone and help you. They hang up on u just to avoid service. Fire and hire people who appreciate work, so many eager to get a job.
