Alot of staff but no one willing to do a domestic wire
Waited an hour to open a bank account before finally getting fed up and walking out. Too many bankers for Private Client ($150k+ deposits) here, so non-rich people are not treated well. Oh, and the ATM closes at 8pm and you have to pay monthly fees for checking.
Branch manager is one of the rudest people I’ve encountered with her dismissive attitude based on that makes me want to close all my accounts with Chase
This branch sucks, the whole chase experience sucks, make new 'rules' and put them into effect whenever they feel like it. Ridiculous bank, never will use them
