They told me it’s going to be a 15-20 min wait to speak to a banker then after waiting a full 35 minutes they come and tell me “hey btw all the bankers are busy do you wanna schedule and appointment it’s going to be another hour or so” absolutely terrible and unqualified people managing that bank I recommend going 2 miles down to encino or Woodland Hills
I waited for a teller in a line of 15 people today for 30 minutes. They didn’t have nearly as many people working as they could have as many windows were vacant and closed off. I understand keeping overhead low by not scheduling as many tellers, but a wait time this long is unacceptable and three people in line left because it was just taking too long. The employees were hustling as fast as they could and were very kind, so this was a problem of not enough people scheduled to meet the consistent demand of this location.
Absolutely love this bank! The staff is super friendly and always ready to help, making banking a breeze. I’ve had nothing but positive experiences, and the online services are top-notch too!
