Good staff and lobby is usually good. Multiple visits with broken outside ATM. Update 2/28, per usual ops the outside ATM is broken.

We have personal & business accounts here. Once they lost our checks in an ATM and it took months to recover them. Recently, we had our account hacked, and the local manager would do nothing to help us. Pretty much hung up on me. We are fighting the denied fraud money for now, but I would recommend you find somewhere else to bank. Btw, the employees are nice here, but Craig the mgr., well, not so much.
