On Friday, August 7, 2026 at the end of my appointment, the banker made a very offensive comment to me. They stated I have lost weight and I look great as a result. This was very off-putting. I have never had any discussion whatsoever about the status of my weight and whether I needed to lose or gain any pounds. This branch and the one at 7 mile in northville are the worst branches to ever work with. They have horrible customer service.Do not bank their. I had gotten good customer service from chase.As a whole, until now, i've gotten horrific customer service and had something made into an issue that i've had to run around for seven hours trying to fix their damn mistake between two branches and the customer service department, and nobody's fixing it.And then when I raise my voice, all they care about is that i'm raising my voice, t... read more
