As a client I am very disappointed. They were quick to admit fault about fees, but did little to issue a refund. What made it worst is that they always ask about other financial products they offer and how I should transfer all my money to them.
Customer service dispute/claim team is about as unprofessional and untrustworthy as they come. Horrible experience with them and simply shouldn't be trusted with our $ as consumers. I worked directly with a manager at this branch and even he called in and filed complaints against the own place he worked for before he eventually left. Not a good bank and even worse customer service and credit card services/dispute team
You have an employee that comes out telling people that cannot film a private business from a public sidewalk hollering and yelling poor representation of this bank if he works for me he would no longer have a job. You can see this on YouTube channel Michigan constitutional Crusader video titled Indianapolis Indiana Tour Part 4 thumbnail says Banker goes berserk. Educate your employees because he's a walking lawsuit he is going to get you sued seems like he needs some anger management as well
