I generally don't leave a review for a Bank, but in this case the Customer experience has been nothing short of stellar. I wanted to give a shout out to Rob Kirchoff in particular who went the extra mile to remove a lot of hurdles with my Business account & also following up to make sure if everything was ok. Haven't seen such personal care in this line of business for a long time. Really appreciate it.
Avoid Chase CDs like the plague.
