Answer 👏 the 👏 phone 👏!! It’s ridiculous that you can’t reach this branch by calling.
Called 24 times today, in a row... and nobody has seen fit to pick up the phone. Still calling now.... Called corporate number a bit ago, "We'll transfer you". They didn't wait during the transfer - just sent me on - guess what? Nobody picked up the phone.... Calling again now. Gotta get lucky sooner or later, right? Thought I'd update... I called 42 times in a row, called main number - they tried 6 times in a row and gave up. They don't seem to need my (or your) business, because they are too busy to bother with phone calls... read more
Not happy about ach revocation charge of $30
If I call your phone, it's because I need to talk to you. Never had an issue with them banking wise. This was my primary branch for my business for a few years. I'm trying to call the bank, and after I hit 5 to talk to a person it rings a few times, then the robot says that everyone's busy and to call back, then hangs up on you. So you either need to call while someone is sitting by a phone with no customers at all. Or go kick rocks. And it's so I can ask a simply yes no question about if they have something on hand to come ... read more
