Not happy about ach revocation charge of $30
If I call your phone, it's because I need to talk to you. Never had an issue with them banking wise. This was my primary branch for my business for a few years. I'm trying to call the bank, and after I hit 5 to talk to a person it rings a few times, then the robot says that everyone's busy and to call back, then hangs up on you. So you either need to call while someone is sitting by a phone with no customers at all. Or go kick rocks. This bank branch is the best! Every time we stop in, the tellers are so friendly and helpful. Today, we needed a signature notarized, and it wasn't a problem that we didn't have an appointment. Brandon was super pleasant and cheerful, even at the end of his workday. We also met the manager, Becky. She was also very nice and took time to chat with us. Such a welcoming atmosphere here. Great job to all!
I’ve been banking with this Chase branch for a little over a year and it has been the greatest banking experience I have ever received. They treat each account holder like they are a VIP and have exceeded all banking expectations. Every employee is so kind and helpful to my family.
