Friendly staff but chase bank is not onetio use if you want ti use Zelle easily or if you do large transfers over 1,000 Because your money will be put on hold for 11 days unless you want to go in and have a manager release it. Too much aggravation to go through and time it takes to free up your own money
After waiting in the drive through for over 5 minutes THEN going inside and seeing a line with one person behind the counter and 7 people waiting, I finally got to ask some questions for my account. I had an old account there and when I went to close the account and take my money, they told me that I didn't have one there in spite of having my SS#, drivers license, SS card and all the information needed to prove I have an account there.
