I am happy banking with Chase, and this branch in particular has always been friendly and helpful with any issues or questions that I present them with.
Hands down the best banking experience I have ever had. I walked in just trying to change the payment date of a credit card (from Chase) whose interest was way out of control ($100/mo) out of control. Not only did they switch my payment date, but they also took the time to help me with my debt -- in a PANDEMIC. The cashier, either named Aiko or Akiko (I forgot I'm sorry!) had to work at this branch because hers was closed due to a power outage.
