Their alarm has been going off since 1AM and it is almost 10AM. Absolutely not ok. You can hear it for 2 blocks in either direction. This isn’t the first time - unacceptable.

Nice bank but unfortunately the manager Mecca does NOTHING about the loud rapper soliciting outside regularly 4-6 hours a day. Makes the environment extremely uncomfortable.
