Chase Bank has been great overall, but I want to give special recognition to Trung, my personal banker. He consistently goes above and beyond to provide outstanding service. Trung Van Tran is a joke of a banker. He is extremely slow and incompetent. He cannot speak clearly or in an audible level. He avoids eye contact and is rude. He treats clients as if they have no sense. How Trung Van Tran is still employed is a complete mystery to me. Clearly Chase bank does not care enough about their business or clients otherwise, they would not keep someone this unqualified employed.
Their alarm has been going off since 1AM and it is almost 10AM. Absolutely not ok. You can hear it for 2 blocks in either direction. This isn’t the first time - unacceptable.
