The worst experience with any bank in my life!! I set up a business checking acct with Tina Bonsang... so time consuming, incompetent, and dishonest!! It took 4 times to get my debit card correct!! Then blatantly lied about the hold time for business checks, said 1-2 days.. First check $2203 12 loc Med Group 10 years as customer...9 Day Hold!! I asked Tina if she was an inconstant with honesty and competence in front of her co-workers.. they ordered me to leave! After 2 hours with the fraud dept, finally got the check cleare... read more
