I usually do not take sides, but with how my Great Aunt was done I will. It is sad that a individual in a Management position is/was allowed to talk to her or anyone that way and nothing done. I agree with previous reviews of how unfriendly employees are. Particulary at the Creekbridge branch. The Asst Manager especially. Calls are never returned so why have a answering machine.
