Talkative Employee – When I asked why they charged me $34.00 for a NSF check when I was TEN CENTS SHORT, the teller told me, "that's how we make our money" !! Appalled, I repeated it out loud, and left, nothing else to say to that ! Chase is an extremely disappointing company that at least has the nerve to admit that they get their money by bilking their very own customers. Amazing that they are still in business.
