Look, Chase gets a 1-star rating from me until they stop lending money to fossil fuel projects. Period. These projects fundamentally counteract any progress toward mitigating the devastating impacts of climate change by prolonging our dependence on fossil fuels, affecting millions of people worldwide.
The employees are for the most part good people. Keith, the manager, works hard and has a good heart. I disagree with Chase's stance on staffing efficiency and how "branches" are now "advice centers". Disagree with the one-or less teller, one-or-less banker, one-or less manager staffing model that puts profits before customers and service. Closed my accounts today because Chase has investments in Energy Transfer Partners and is helping to fund the Dakota Access Pipeline. #BankExit #NoDAPL
