Chase is a pleasure to work with. He made it easy to know what to do and what was coming up. We put in a lot of work ahead of time so that when the house goes to the market it is ready than going in half baked. Once it went up we were on the market for less than a week and got an offer for what we were asking! This was a market where we were seeing a lot of houses stay up and prices dropping but that wasn’t the case for us. Would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell!
