Deserves zero stars. Moved out less than 30 days ago and received a collection notice for $635. No detailed bill, reason given or pictures to explain and no previous bill sent, which is illegal in the state of NC! Paid a $1300 deposit to move into a dirty, gnat infested, leaking, moldy apartment that was completely never fixed in the time we resided there. Unresponsive, sneaky, and lazy management. There are nicer and better run places to live.
This is a very nice 2 level apartment community. I liked the layout of the 2 bedroom 2 bedroom apartment.
We love it! Best community in Burlington hands down. Christy and Joey are angelic! Id definitely consider making this neighborhood and community your home! You will not regret it.
Do NOT move here! Management is impossible to contact. Christy does not respond to voicemails, emails, or phone calls. My rent has gone up over $50 a month from $1765 to over $1800 with no justification. It’s not worth the $1765 I am supposed to be paying. A $1350 deposit for the nastiest place I have ever lived in. I was so appalled by how disgusting it was I thought she moved me into the wrong apartment. Love, my apartment ! Took some time to get acclimated.. but my lake view is so pretty This my second contract with the Chase apartments.. good prices , and good management.. very clean and well managed by CHRISTY..how can you be so pretty and handle our little community… ,You also have never seen the likes of our grounds and Maintenance manager .. JOEY if it needs to be taken care of .. u can count on JOEY. Super super friendly, and knowledgeable too .. My second time renting here .. Pat McCall
