had multiple maintenance issues it was a process but they made everything right and and fixed it all and that's all I wanted AC is blowing great

I have been living at Chase on Monroe Apartments for over a year and my experience has been very good. The staff especially (Daribel), is very attentive and whenever I need maintenance they come as soon as possible.
I have been living here for a little over a year now and I don’t have any concerns. When I call the office for any issues I have going on, Darybel gets right to it. Maintenance guys are always respectful about asking permission before going into my apartment when I’m not home. Love living here!
