We have used this hospital for over 10 years. Most of the time the doctors were good. The staff at the front rotate often and you cannot depend on them to care. We had to put our dog down and the ONLY thing that we requested/demanded was that they make sure her paw print was well done. We LITERALLY said it moments before she passed as they were taking our money. It was not. Not even close. Update: He called back 30 minutes after I posted. Funny. I told my mom I’d get a call within less than an hour. Sad you have to post to get a response. I got to hear him talk about them making mistakes and not being human and that they still didn’t have enough time to do everything that was required. He missed his lunch yesterday and he didn’t get to go to see his girls soccer game last night. As I said below, I think you need to hire more people if you’re as stressed as you sounded. I highly recommend Chase. Everyone from Sammy the cat to the Doctor! I love taking my dog Alfie here for Chase and Play as well. My dog always has fun and is worn out from playing with his fellow friends here. The staff that work Chase and Play always show him the same love and affection I do when he is at home. Alfie enjoys his visits to the Vet and I have no trouble with him going there to be seen or to drop him off for daycare. My experience with chase was great! I had to take Rose ( my 13 year old) dog for an ultrasound and after learning the results we made the decision to put her to sleep . Dr Knight is the most compassionate doctor i have ever met the staff is awesome ( even the lady that answered the phone for appt was kind and caring ) The day was the saddest day EVER but they made it a little easier because they cared !! I would highly recommend and I will be changing vets and taking my other dog Sadie to them soon for checkups
We have taken our dog here for years. However, when we needed them the most we called yesterday to see what's wrong because he stopped eating his belly was swollen. they refused to see him because they couldn't find him in the system. Sad to say he is no longer with us. If you want your dog to live, go somewhere else. Maybe they can find him in the system.
Thank you,To all the kind hearts at Chase. We have always been used to excellent care from the doctors and staff for our 5 pups! Today we lost two in one afternoon. The staff was professional and caring. Thank you all so much.
