We have used this hospital for over 10 years. Most of the time the doctors were good. The staff at the front rotate often and you cannot depend on them to care. We had to put our dog down and the ONLY thing that we requested/demanded was that they make sure her paw print was well done. We LITERALLY said it moments before she passed as they were taking our money. It was not. Not even close.
