I first linked to Chas W. Goering via my home warranty company. Became quite happy with the business selected when it was all said and done. Randy has came out twice to address plumbing matters, and Dennis once for general HVAC maintenance/upkeep. Both great guys to work with, really helped me with all things needed for the appointments. Great service all around, friendly fellas too. Shout out for the jobs well done!
This is the quality of work we were left with by this company. I had them out to our home four separate times, and every visit seemed to come with a different explanation of what was supposedly wrong. They initially installed the wrong coil, and afterward, multiple leaks were found related to the work that had been done. Dennis was one of the technicians who came out twice, Blake installed the coil, and then two additional technicians came out. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Being yelled at on the phone for trying to get an update, was crazy.
I am commenting piggybacking off of my spouses review. I do not believe his pictures give any depth of how bad the job was left for us to clean up and take care of. They damaged our tree and had no compassion for their jobs. From my understanding typically these jobs should be separating dirt, removing roots and concrete. They left our torn up sidewalk in our bushes, threw our bricks in plants destroying them, left roots in the dirt - I wonder if they put root filled dirt next to our new sewage line they replaced. This place is horrible, not only did they push my closing back on my new home, which cost everyone money, they also left my front yard a complete disaster, I called their office the lady told me they were done with their part once I told her they had left broken concrete and their own tools in my yard she then started to come up with excuses for that, they didn’t separate the root filled dirt while digging and backfilled the ditch with root filled dirt, left a foot pile of dirt all the way through my yard and only response i... read more
