I took leave to go see my family for Christmas caused I am stationed in Virginia and today I had to hear this interaction. The woman in the video is my mom. This company came out to fix a leak behind the washer. In the process of them making the repair the left some dents on top (very minute) but this washer was brand new from bestbuy, installed the day prior. Great service ! Really pleased with work that was done .
I won't recommend them to anyone, they left a huge mess and a damn hole in my wall. After they first came to look at the leak I had to wait 3 weeks for them to come back and fix it. There was no communication from them, I called several times and they just told me nothing, I had to take time off of work so they could come work on my house and they were a no show so I had to take more time off for them.
Excellent customer service, friendly professional people. They are there when you need them with fast responses & dependable service. I seriously recommend. C.Davis
