Customer rating on BBB is 1.8 Stars(?) Clearly this company issues. Too bad I cant give "0" stars. Brand new system 1.5 years old. 4 calls They said they were sending a Lead tech. Although he was the reason for one of the outages call due to poor wiring, causing a short. I don't feel they have the skills to troubleshoot properly, so they just keep replacing parts until they get lucky. We have been without heat for 2 weeks.
