Zero on customer service. Sure would have been nice if their office cared enough to let me know that they were running late for my scheduled repair. But Chas Roberts doesn’t care about the customers time. NEVER use this company. If they don’t care about the little things then you know they don’t care about the big things!!

If I could give this company a -10, I would. This is hands-down the worst A/C and plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve lived in my home since 2019, and I’ve completely lost count of how many times they’ve come out for service visits—replacing compressors, “checking” the system, and doing yearly maintenance—and yet the problem is never fixed. We purchased a new build home about two years ago in Legado, Queen Creek. We had a few AC warranty issues which Michael Cartwright, supervisor for Chas Roberts corrected promptly. Michael provided his keen expert advice of our new AC / Heater units. His exemplary style with his team members is outstanding. He leads his team with proper customer service values. Almost always friendly and quick we have been using them for over a decade. One time we couldn't get through to make an appointment and once the tech was awful but of at least 10 calls that's not bad. Most recently Darion Dm and Jason M. We're especially professional.
