Love me some CHAS!!!
Had a terrible interaction on the phone with rude receptionist who kept correcting me and telling me what I did and did not say. Does anyone do customer service training with their public facing staff anymore? I'm not a medical professional and don't work at your clinic. You're supposed to help me get in to see someone, not expect me to know your job. There are a lot of options in the area and I will be choosing one of the others.
Abelistic, punished me severely for speaking out against being abused, retraumatized me, worsened my suicidal ideation.
I had highly disappointing experiences at this clinic. The doctor was unprofessional, which really affected my trust and confidence. The office system seemed completely disorganized, and communication was a constant struggle. On top of that, I was misdiagnosed with an autoimmune disease that I do not have, which is a major concern. Unfortunately, this all led to very poor quality of care.
