Quality of care is awful to say the least, you will not be heard when expressing concerns. Best advice,do not go to this place.
I used to love this place, so caring. Behavioral health and medical. Now many roadblocks being thrown up- I thought the whole point was accessibility. Struggling with mental health issues and they want me go go through a primary care referral to see my previous therapist. (Again?) Way to rack up unnecessary charges on people who don't have unsurance to pad your pockets. Friendly knowledgeable staff.
To the privileged white women working the front desk, it is inappropriate to be discussing politics in front of patients. This clinic is in a diverse neighborhood and your views could easily come off offensive to some. They did me.
When my doctor of over 20+ years retired, I had a great deal of difficulty finding a new Primary Care Physician (PCP). Eventually, I was referred to Miguel Posada, ARNP, at Chas on Perry Street. I am happy to report I have received extraordinary care from Miguel during every visit! Additionally, the office staff at Chas is friendly and well-organized.
