I had an appointment to see Dr. Shannon Valentine as a new patient and it was terrible. First of all this lady clearly does not like women or has a problem with them because from the start her demeanor was not nice, which okay I get it some doctors like to get straight to the point and hey we all have to work and some days you are just not in the mood. I came to this clinic as it was referred to establish care, which I had to wait weeks to get a appointment, my whole life was literally surrounding this appointment, this DOCTOR Anstareaiasia whatever her name is is the Most Incompetent and Disrespectful Doctor I have ever dealt with in my life, she will I repeat she WILL LIE directly in your face, tell you she will complete task on behalf of your health and rest assured these tasks will be like pulling teeth to get completed. Shanon Valentine ARNP was horrific. She refused to give referrals to needed to specialist or order screening labs. When being seen for infection she said “ since you’re allergic to steroids there is nothing I can do,” but then again refused to refer to a specialist who could help. She also advised the patient to try a steroid inhaler even though it is a high allergy in the chart.
