If you want good health care avoid Chaz and call the number on the back of your medical card for a list of doctors who will actually provide you with your medicines you have been stablized with for multiple years. This place cut me off meds and changed my heart pill to something on my allergy list without telling me. I ended up in the emergency room to get my medicine. I died 3 times due to Chaz clinic refusing to fill my meds I've been on for over 10 years that keep me alive. I'm allergic to 42 medicines in every time I try to use a CHAS clinic they want to switch a medicine or cut me off of medicine and then I end up dead in the ER. If you want horrible health care and to have to wait 2 hours past your appointment time to get seen this is the clinic for you
I have been through a few different doctors at CHAS. I found one of the best at Market st., and Dr. Pham is amazing and so worth coming to Chas! If it wasn't for that I wouldn't go there! My son see a different doctor and his well child took almost 2 hours....I understand being late, but this was ridiculous!! Especially when you have small children who can't sit still for very long.
