Bishoy Galil is the worst dentist I have ever dealt with. For many reasons.
Staff didn't complete my check in and I waited for an hour for my appointment before finding this out. They wouldn't schedule my dental work in person. The person that called to schedule my next appointment told me it was on Friday. When i showed up for my appointment I was informed it wasn't until next Wednesday and I felt like she treated me like i wasn't capable of remembering my appointment. The whole experience could have went better especially since I had to wait a week with a toothache before having the work done.
the new center manager Arturo is an extremely ableist person... displaying massive amounts of passive aggression... and... intentionally went out of their way to not only revoke an already established reasonable accommodation... but created barriers to prevent the establishment of a new accommodation... if you have any disabled family or friends... please warn them to stay away from this place until the center manager receives extensive training and under goes a performance review to evaluate if they are even qualified to be... read more
