I work in Ahoskie and needed an oil change. I was referred by a co-worker. I called and they told me to come at 10 am. Great. Same day. I arrived around 9:45 and was greeted so nicely and shown where to go to get started. That's when I met Ms. Ruby. She has the best customer service, and she does it with a smile. I was sent to the waiting area and was offered a beverage, and another lady would come out of her office to check on everyone periodically . My oil change was done in about 45 minutes. This is a great dealership. No pressure from the staff like most dealerships. The owner really appreciates your business. We have purchased several vehicles from them in the past year or so. Our sales Rep Billy is great. He knows the product and works hard to get you what your looking for. Instead of directing you to something they have in stock just to make a sale !
