Great people. Dentist and dental assistant are very nice and respectful. They offer payments you can afford even with insurance.
Bad dental practices and services being rendered. Fraudulent claims being billed to insurance dirty facility and unclean practices. I saw a tool for procedure get dropped, picked up and used in another patients op room without cleaning by staff. They will rush your dental work and ruin your teeth. I had a bad filling rendered, was left with major pain and had to go to another dental clinic/company immediately to have them fix/remove all the filling material that got all over my surrounding teeth. I've had an exam, then 3 teeth pulled here so far. Now I have cavities to take care of. They refuse to tend to my cavities until I get my teeth cleaned and they don't have openings for a cleaning. They are completely booked. Lady was a bit rude and now I have to call every day to see if there was a cancellation. They'll have to pull my tooth by the time they get to doing it. This happened last time I went here. The rule of having to have a cleaning before cavities can be treated is B.S.! You can still fill cavities!!!!
i wish i never went here. huge mistake i’ll never make again! they referred me to a “specialist” to perform a root canal because they weren’t qualified that i had to pay out of pocket for and said after they’d put on the crown and it would all be okay. a few days pass by and they call me and tell me my annual checkup is due and they won’t be able to keep my current appointment and i’ll have to reschedule further out with no if and or buts. this is extremely frustrating because i work full time and trying to figure out schedu... read more
