Crown done about 8 mos ago, killing me right now, they take forever to get into for basic fillings, they would rather pull teeth than fix them, and when you get a crown, should not hurt 8 mos later. My Best advice, go elsewhere for your dental work!
Bad dental practices and services being rendered. Fraudulent claims being billed to insurance🚩🚩 dirty facility and unclean practices. I saw a tool for procedure get dropped, picked up and used in another patients op room without cleaning by staff. They will rush your dental work and ruin your teeth. I had a bad filling rendered, was left with major pain and had to go to another dental clinic/company immediately to have them fix/remove all the filling material that got all over my surrounding teeth. Jordan Zumwalt, DMD should be fired. I came in with a cavity in my front tooth. She didn't even look closely, just looked quickly at the x-ray and said that pulling the tooth out is impossible and it can't be cured, because cavity is close to the root canal. I asked if there was another option to cure it, but she said that pulling it out is the only option. I refused the next appointment and made an appointment at another dental clinic. I have been going to CHAS now for over a year. No one else would take my insurance or give me the time of day. CHAS personal have been nothing but kind and understanding with me and so empathic. So I brought my little brother with me too who needs care. He has always had a terrible experience with dentists. Today he had Dr.Chen who was so professional and kind and explained everything she was doing. Her assistant was just as kind and gentle with him. They worked fast and were very thorough. Awful experience. They have been seeing my daughter and pulled numerous teeth. My daughter has diabetes and needs dentures. Today she was scheduled to have her last tooth pulled. After driving 30 minutes to get there they would not pull the tooth. They stated the doctor said her blood sugar was two high. It has always been high! She is diabetic, it wasn't any different from previous appointments. We were excited that this would be her last appointment. VERY DISSAPOINTED!
