They will not fix any of my cavities until I have a surgeon deal with my wisdom teeth that don't even concern me. Yet they did refer me out to a place that hasn't been accepted any referrals for the past 10months. So maybe that was given to me to just get me to stop asking them for help. I refuse to believe they didn't know the place they refered me out to was no longer taking patients. I have had a filling and a cleaning, and both times I felt so welcome there, and very nice people too. This is my new place! Way recommended!👌
My experience at this dental clinic was excellent from start to finish. The reception team was friendly and organized, and the waiting time was minimal. The dentist was professional, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The clinic maintains high hygiene standards and uses modern equipment. I’m very pleased with the service and would confidently recommend them.
Chaz itself is always a pleasure to deal with. The front desk was great, the assistants were great, and the dentist was great at her job. However, if I’m sitting in your chair and I curse, only twice the whole vist might I add, as a healthcare professional can you tell me you’re quote “trying to let it slide,” and to stop cursing? What is there to let slide? What would be the repercussion? Would you take me out of the chair half-toothed and throw me out because you didn’t like my potty mouth? Just weird.
Lisa took care of me today, she treated me so well. Better than any other dentist/ dental hygienist has and I’ve been to 3 other Chas clinics (all with better reviews too). She immediately addressed any concerns I had and didn’t rush me out quickly. I wish all dentists were like her!
