It was found that half of Washington’s Medicaid-insured children under 6 do not access dental care and only 33% 0-2 years old receive a dental visit. Just had my first appointment here yesterday. It was such a pleasant experience.
i love it. everyone is nice and understanding! the front desk ladies are extremely friendly and helpful and the staff are incredibly helpful!
Great location, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful
Go anywhere else. It takes weeks to get an appointment, and even then they won't see you. I just waited almost an hour past my appointment time. I also had to talk to a supervisor just so they wouldn't count it against me and charge me for a missed appointment.
Aleena hangs up on patients when getting overwhelmed by job duties or personal issues. Being a scheduler can be such a stressful job, but maybe avoid Aleena for a few months if you call in to schedule your appointments. Get well soon, Aleena! <3 :))
