I cannot stress enough how great of a dentist James Garduno is! I've always had anxiety and hated going, between feeling like they were judging me, being insecure about my dental issues, or lack of patience in other dental places I've been to. From day one I have always had a positive experience. He set me up with a full dental plan, no judgment, amazing bedside manner, and as straight forward as possible without being rude. I love this dentist office. I have had nothing but excellent service. The staff is friendly and kind. They really make you feel comfortable and at ease, which is rare in a dentist office. They are thorough and extremely knowledgeable. Down to earth staff. I cannot recommended this place enough.
I went to them for an initial evaluation and I wanted to see a different dentist for the actual dental work. The new dentist requested my x-rays from CHAS and CHAS told them it would take a MONTH to get my x-rays sent over! Luckily, I already had my x-rays in my email so I simply sent them over to the new dentist, no problem. But what silliness. Also, they don't do nitrous. So if actually having a pleasant dental care experience is important to you, go somewhere else.
I was lucky to get into the Deer Park CHAS for a cleaning 11/28/2023 due to a cancelation. I was looking at April otherwise! Dentist was very gentle & kind! I would recommend this clinic to Everyone!
