Good place for general medical care, but lacks accommodation for certain disabilities.
Love love love my provider, not one bad thing to say. However the call department need to step their game up and maybe have some humor my last two experiences were pretty crappy wish there was an easier way so you dont have to go through 3 different people who dont know you to get scheduled.
Chas actually provides service to our community. I'm not being glib or trite when I say: They put the care BACK into Healthcare. I have had numerous conditions affect my health over the last 5 years. I have a nurse that follows my chart and reaches out to assure I'm getting appropriate care. It's not intrusive, I appreciate the calls 1-2 days after a hospital discharge...I always have questions about something at that point and now I get answers!
