I’ve only had good experiences at Chas.
Avoid this clinic if at all possible! Just had a follow up visit to get medications refilled, meds I have been on for 10 years for PTSD and severe depression. The assigned provider, Margaret Dancan-PA, was condescending, unprofessional, demanding, and completely oblivious to how her abrasive tone and demeanor makes a patient feel. Good Morning , i seriously don't understand the bad reviews .Everyone here is very polite.i have come here about 20 times since January 🤭🫠 Ms.Alyssa my dental hygienist is the best i felt no judgement . They have patience and kindness towards us we should have it too 🩷
I have been to countless dentists in my life and have severe childhood trauma surrounding dental work. I just had two teeth pulled at this office and it was literally the smoothest, easiest dental appointment I’ve ever had. Everyone at this office is so pleasant and accommodating. Dr. Zhou was phenomenal. Amazing bedside manner and treated me with love and care. I am extremely grateful for such an amazing experience.
Very efficient operation, almost too much so.
