The pharmacy worker was friendly and helpful and got everything figured out for us, and even found a way fir one of the meds to be completely covered.
I have been coming to Chas for the last 6 months, today I was let down by Chaz staff, something I didn’t expect, today I received a phone call from Chas letting me know my provider was sick……. And they would have to Cancel my appointment…..Ok so I have planned my month around this appointment and I have jumped through hoops for this appointment. Had statements sent in from family members. Feel unheard and feel they were gate keeping my care. Kept asking for specific help/referrals based on my pain and concerns and they never delivered or ignored my requests. Had to seek a referral through urgent care and finally found the help I needed. Had another incident where I came in to get help for same day because of my pain but was told because I said the word "work" and "pain" in the same sentence that I had to go to a different clinic and they turned me away, which is confusing since I have a primary care appointme... read more
I’ve only had good experiences at Chas.
Avoid this clinic if at all possible! Just had a follow up visit to get medications refilled, meds I have been on for 10 years for PTSD and severe depression. The assigned provider, Margaret Dancan-PA, was condescending, unprofessional, demanding, and completely oblivious to how her abrasive tone and demeanor makes a patient feel.
