Dr Anderson followed thru and hygenist was excellent

Would have left a zero, I visited the Chas dental office in Cheney. I was double-booked July 16 2024 and had to reschedule my appointment due to the receptionist scheduling two people at the same time for the hygienist. I wasted my time and gas. I had a second appointment on July 18th 2024, during which I was told I would receive crowns. This had already been discussed and planned. Very unprofessional!! My dad went in and scheduled an appointment for a specific doctor that was very helpful. Walked in for his appointment today and was scheduled with a different doctor, was sitting there waiting and watching people who came in after him go back, and then the doctor who was supposed to see him was standing up at reception for ten minutes talking with them instead of helping him. Dr. Chloe was the doctor by the way so I would seek somewhere else. Hopefully a place that actually wants to help people who are... read more
