Kevin was fantastic! I purchased two vehicles from him for my funeral home and they were worth every cent! He even noticed a problem with a vehicle upon delivery, fixed it and Re delivered the vehicle to Queens the next day! If you are in need of a reliable vehicle Charvin is the only place to look! I purchased a pickup from Charvin to use as a utility truck since my Subaru wasn’t going to cut it. Kevin was very professional and promptly returned my calls. He made every effort to accommodate my unusual work hours - he even met with me at 9 pm on a Saturday so I could look at the truck. The pricing was good - got if for a few hundred less than similar pickups I saw on eBay or Autotrader.
Horrible experience. I spent over $2,700 in major repairs in the first 2 months of ownership. The dealer never returned any of my calls or texts and did not do the right thing.
