My mom and her partner spent 6 weeks in respite care at Chartwell Westmount. We were overwhelmed with the kindness and care shown by everyone! From the moment they moved in, they were warmly welcomed with support and care readily available. The staff were absolutely amazing! Truly, Chartwell Westmount has such an amazing vibe. 5 stars for Chartwell Westmount! Beautiful grounds bordering the wetlands and a very homey interior. The staff are friendly and there are always plenty of engaging activities for the residents. A great choice for senior living!
The folks at Chartwell Westmount have been excellent since my parents moved in, but a recent health issue with my dad has proven how special they really are. Their ability to accommodate some special needs on very short order was amazing, and the nursing staff has been nothing short of exceptional. The biggest thing is they act as a part of the family and show how much they care on a consistent basis.

The level of care is thorough and reassuring, and communication with family members is excellent. The residents enjoy a wide range of optional outings and engaging activities in a warm, supportive environment.
