I am thankful to the staff at chartwell for the help they have given our entire family. I have spoken to almost all the management and many of the workers that care for my parent. Every time I have asked questions I am listened to positively . I have seen first hand some of the most wonderful caregivers helping in an extremely difficult job with poise and grace. My mother recently stayed at the retirement home for a month. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was very good. We would definitely recommend this retirement home.
I can’t say enough about the care and treatment my mom receives - she is in the Assisted Living floor and the care and kindness she received from all the staff has been amazing. We went away couple of days after we moved her in for 3 weeks and quite concerned how she would adjust. She had no issues at all and she was so happy to be there. The staff are truly angels on this earth and having my mom happy, healthy and loving her surrounds is all that matters. All the staff at Chartwell Westmount ROCK!!!
