We have recently moved a senior friend into Chartwell Ridgepoint and we couldn't be happier. The experience at the facility has been outstanding from start to finish. Lori showed us excellent options and we found one that really worked for our friend. Jordan the manager goes above and beyond to provide guidance and assistance. The staff are all pleasant and helpful and the residents are truly happy. Thank you Chartwell for providing a lovely new home for our friend.
Love going to Chartwell Ridgpointe to their many events I enjoy ! The staff and residents are so welcoming! Very positive experience for me as it gives me another venue to enjoy my interests with my peers 😊

My auntie was resistant to moving. Said she would not like the residence . BUT upon visiting she loved it. Kathy W was amazing host. Kind explained gently all about Chartwell. A resident sat almost right away with us for coffee. She won her over We went from digging her feet in no way to getting a realtor that night for appraisal!!
