Impressed, but not ready!
W had an appointment with Chartwells to see their suites Lori explained everything when things were due how the meal times work and the ins and outs of the building. The interview was very professional and open for any questions we had. We decided to become a member of this community mainly due to the friendly atmosphere and the feeling that we had found our home. I had the pleasure of visiting the facility as a home care service provider. The manager, Jordan, along with retirement living consultants Kathy and Lorie, are very welcoming and supportive. They genuinely care for their residents and strive to provide the best living experience by offering various resources and keeping them engaged in different activities. My husband myself and our son was given a tour of the Chartwell Ridgepointe yesterday. I would like to say what a wonderful job Lori Kininmont did showings us the around and answering all our questions. She also gave us a lunch. The staff did a wonderful job and were so pleasant.
