My auntie was resistant to moving. Said she would not like the residence . BUT upon visiting she loved it. Kathy W was amazing host. Kind explained gently all about Chartwell. A resident sat almost right away with us for coffee. She won her over We went from digging her feet in no way to getting a realtor that night for appraisal!!
We are a vendor that sets up in retirement communities and just wanted to let the community know how wonderful the management team is at Ridgepointe is from our perspective. We go to over 50 seniors communities in the Thomson /Okanagan. Today was at least our 9th visit to Ridgepointe with our pop up event and as usual the staff impressed us.
