Absolutely terrible customer service. I've been waiting for over a month for resupply. Turns out I needed my prescrition refilled, but nobody here could be bothered to inform anyone about it. Then after that mess was resolved they still haven't sent my supplies 2 weeks later. The negligence towards patients is astounding. This company should be closed by the Government or dropped byu the insurance companies due to absolutely no one caring if they do their jobs or not.
