Manager is great. Not great at taking care of properties. I have lived here 8 years and dont know how long the carpet was here before that, but its falling apart. Looks horrible. Other houses in the neighborhood are starting to look like trash. I used to be proud to live here, now some of the other houses are filthy outside. When I moved in rent was 635.00. Now its 1083.00.....in 8 years. It might be 7 years. But I am disappointed with my neighborhood. Like I said the rental manager is great, I just dont think his bosses let... read more
The neighborhood is nice. We need someone to coordinate yard sales clean up days, each year.
