A family member recently moved into Chartwell Bankside, and as soon as I walked through the front door into the Great Room, I was immediately impressed. It's bright and welcoming, and I noticed right away how closely and warmly the staff interacted with the residents. The food is really good too, I'm told. Really good energy in this place. I recommend checking it out.

We had this wonderful opportunity to attend at Bankside Chartwell over a few different occasions and I could tell with certainty that this is an amazing retirement choice! The staff seem friendly and easy to approach and after talking to the residents I felt the comfort and satisfaction from them. The choice of many for that coffee machine and the variety of snacks is very noticeable.the openness of the common living area with the view of the nature is truly beautiful ! I attended the Chartwell Bankside location as a presenter of legal info to the residents. The building itself is beautiful to look at but the inside was comfortable and inviting for the residents. The common area was well set up for people to come together with comfortable seating areas and even a nice fireplace. The staff seemed to genuinely enjoy their work and had great relationships with the residents. It was a pleasure to speak to such a wonderful group of seniors and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back!
