RecommendedI moved out 4 years ago because I purchased a house. The house proved to be an expensive adventure so it was sold. I moved back to Chartwell because I knew the manager (Holly Patton, Property, Mgr.) would find me a great 2 bedroom apartment and maintenance was great! No more worries. 😊

I have lived here since September and I love it. The floor plans are well thought out and they are very roomy and well insulated saving money on my electric bill - NICE! Holly is a wonderful and sincere manager. Clears problems quickly. Todd is an efficient and knowledge filled maintenance manager; quick to get to root of problem. Thank you for your service to our country.
Great place to live, with great neighbors. Quiet neighborhood. Like living in country, but close to stores and resturants.
